Absolute Fuels Business under Investigation

According to the Lubbock Avalanche Journal, recently unsealed affidavits detail the business dealing of Absolute Fuels and have lead to a Secret Service investigation.  Federal investigators have said that no biodiesel was produced by Absolute Fuels after January 2010, although the company continued to sell RINs.  Earlier this year an EPA contractor audited Absolute Fuels production facilities and interviewed employees.
