Weaver's audit process is a risk–based approach in which we identify potential areas of risk that could lead to the misstatement of financial statements. Obtaining an understanding of our clients business as well as its accounting and internal control functions identifies these risk areas. Our audit programs are tailored to each individual client. As a part of our audit services, we prepare a management letter describing noted weaknesses, if any, in the internal control structure, observations regarding efficiency and controls and specific recommendations to resolve any deficiencies noted.
