Private Foundation
The Weaver Private Foundation (Foundation) was created to sponsor organizations, events and programs in the communities in which our employees live and work. The Foundation’s efforts emphasize the firm’s commitment to community involvement and employee work/life balance.
Because Weaver employees value community involvement in their professional and personal lives, it is the goal of the Foundation to involve our employees in the contributions made and the efforts represented. The Foundation evaluates applications for contributions submitted by Weaver employees in the Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Midland, Odessa and San Antonio communities. The Foundation evaluates contribution requests that provide the company the opportunity to achieve the following business objectives:
- Support quality of living in the communities in which our employees live and work
- Provide community involvement opportunities for our employees
The Charity of Choice Program
In addition to the individual gift requests made by Weaver employees, the Foundation makes an annual contribution to the chosen Charity of Choice. The Charity of Choice is selected through a grant proposal process which begins each year in June. The
